David Burge's Liana's Song, commissioned by the San Diego ballet, in a sort of contemporary salon style, is charming, accessible and fun to play. Runs about 20 minutes, with interesting rhythms, and time signatures, chromaticism, but not at all atonal. Goes down very well with audiences! Published by Peters.
