Hi all...

What a nice forum - I'm happy to have discovered it and I look forward to seeing it grow. I would like to introduce myself - my name is Dave - I have coached people on piano for over 30 years (in addition to being a performer for about the same amount of time). I have a passion for helping others when it comes to reaching their piano playing goals and would certainly welcome the opportunity to help anyone in any way that I can If you stop by the site, please let me know, via the contact page, that you found me here at PianoForum.us. I look forward to checking in here in the future.

hi
I hope you can help me. i am purchasing a piano for my wife as she use to play when she was a child. she has not played in years but has been talking about getting a piano. I have no experience of pianos and dont know which is the best to go for. i have a budget of £2-3,000 and have been to several dealers. so far i have been offered a yamaha b1 at £2,000, kawai K15E at £2400 and i am undecided. i have also been offered a steinhoven 121 at £1750- never heard of this make .

any suggestsions or advice you could give would be appreciated, by the way i live in n.Ireland
